How do I shop?

There are several ways to browse. You may explore our weekly homepage features or visit our navigation bar found at the top of every page. Simply roll your cursor over the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as Eau De Toilette or Testers. Within each category, you will find subcategories to further refine your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking for a specific item, our search box is located on the upper right hand corner of our page. You may search for products by name, note, category or style. When you have made your selection, verify your cart content and checkout.

To accommodate payment authorization and packaging, please allow up to two business days to obtain shipping information.

How do I place an order?

Purchases are made directly through the website. Request assistance by contacting us. eMails will be responded to within 1-2 business days. Please note we are available Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM(PDT). Closed Saturday, Sunday & Holidays. TorBrowser and/or DuckDuckGo referral will result in refusal of orders submitted and denial of account access.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. If payment is not accepted online, please contact your bank for approval of your transaction or select an alternate form of payment. Please note that your billing address, phone number, and email must match the information on your credit card statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order. Credit cards are subject to authorization. If we are unable to obtain authorization online purchases are denied. Please use an alternate card card or PayPal to complete your purchase. We do not back order.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, online purchases may require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned.

How can I track my order?

We send several emails during order processing to keep customers informed. Please note that during peak times, orders may take up to 2-4 business days to process before it ships. Please add this time to your anticipated delivery of your order.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

•Ground: 4-7 business days with deliveries made Tuesday-Saturday
•Two Day: 2-3 business days with deliveries made Monday-Friday

A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase ships.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We charges applicable state, local and county taxes on online transactions. The actual sales tax is calculated when your order is placed and may include city and municipality taxes.

Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

During high volume times, we reserve the right to limit delivery options. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout.

Products on our site are subject to availability. Once an order has been successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Delivery options below for items do not reflect the 1-2 business day processing time.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Two day deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Ground deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday excluding Sunday and holidays.

We cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control. Upon delivery, please ensure that the number of products delivered is as stated on the shipment confirmation email.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Can I ship internationally?

Online purchases are restricted for delivery to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time.

What addresses are restricted in the US for Delivery?

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States.

How are out of stock conditions handled?

Our website inventory is updated frequently. The actual quantity in stock may vary slightly between the times of these updates. If you order an item please be aware there is a very small chance we may not be able to fill that order. We will provide you with an expected arrival date (if one is available).

We do not take back-orders. If an item is out of stock, you will need to re-order the item when it comes back in. If your customer has ordered an item from your website that is out of stock, you should contact them immediately and issue a full credit or refund.

Please note that we work hard to maintain a 95% in-stock rating (one of the highest in the industry). We'd love to be 100% in stock at all times, but things beyond our control prevent this, such as manufacturer delays, on-board damage during shipping to the warehouse, weather conditions which delay shipping, etc. We realize it is an inconvenience when an item is out of stock, and we strive to keep our warehouses as stocked as humanly possible.
