We reply within two business days with a comprehensive line item estimate including all available freight options, charges, fees and taxes for you to review. You will be able to accept the estimate or request changes.
After you accept the estimate, the estimate is converted into an invoice and emailed to you for payment.
If you requests changes, you will be able to include a note regarding these changes. When the estimate is updated, you will receive an email notification asking you to review and accept the updates.
If needed, you can always cancel the estimate. Once cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation.
